Can be used as a retrofit on ALL Stylus spa jets using Maxxum or Ultima jet faces - for both new Low Profile style and older style where the Maxxum/Ultima faceplate is siliconed on
This pulsator jet face is a popular option to replacing older siliconed on Maxxum / Ultima jet faces with the new low profile upgrade kits as this pulsator face does not require threaded wall flange replacement.
For retrofit and direct replacement applications
To remove older Maxxum and Ultima jets - the outer escutcheon must be pried off (siliconed on), push the spring loaded eyeball in, flick the retainer ring out, pull the eyeball and spring out, clean the silicone off the face of the jet body. Push the new pulsator jet face into place.
***Note that Stylus also used a Waterway Plastics 180 pulsator in their baths - it has a white nozzle assembly and chrome push in outer ring. These jets are NOT cross compatible or available any longer.
Chrome is a coating applied through electrolysis to a base material such as brass or plastic.
